Acceptance of Terms By engaging our cleaning services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you agree to abide by and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Service Agreement Upon requesting our cleaning services, a formal Service Agreement will be provided, outlining the scope, pricing, and terms specific to the cleaning engagement. This Service Agreement, in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions, governs the contractual relationship. 3. Payment Payment terms, including rates, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be detailed in the Service Agreement. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in additional charges or suspension of services. 4. Access to Premises You agree to provide safe and unrestricted access to the premises to our cleaning personnel during scheduled cleaning appointments. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from restricted access or unsafe conditions. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments require a minimum 24 hour notice period, as specified in the Service Agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may incur cancellation fees. 6. Liability While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your premises, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of items during the cleaning process. Please secure valuable or fragile items before our team's arrival. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment, and we will endeavour to address your concerns promptly. 8. Termination of Services Either party reserves the right to terminate cleaning services with adequate notice as outlined in the Service Agreement. Termination shall not relieve the Client of any payment obligations for services provided up to the termination date. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE. 10.
